County Court

The criminal docket of county court was taken up Monday
morning.

The following cases were disposed of:

Lucius Mathews, charged disturbing divine worship, plea
guilty, $40 or 6 mos.

Jesse Prior, Larceny from the house, verdict of guilty,
$50 or 12 mos.

Ann Collier, assault and battery, verdict of guilty, $40
or 6 mos.

Aldine McKinley, concealed weapon, settled upon payment
of costs.

Will Ballard, disturbing Divine worship, nor prossed.

Bob Wilson, concealed weapon, plea of guilty, $60 or 8
mos.

Court adjourned until 2nd Monday in March.
