Zebulon, Pike Co., Ga., Friday February 15, 1895

Judge Marcus W. Beck yesterday heard in chambers the case on Mrs. J.P.
Baker, vs. J.P. Baker of Pike county, for alimony.

After a patient hearing of the case, the court ordered that the
defendant pay $75 attorney's fees and $12.50 per month alimony to the
plaintiff and surrender to her the child. - Griffin Morning Call
