ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE

Under and by virtue of an order of the honorable court of Ordinary of Pike 
county, I will sell before the court house door in Carrollton, Carroll 
County on the first Tuesday in December nest, between the legal hours of 
sale, all that tract or parcel of land in the Fifth district of said county 
known as the old Browning Place, containing two hundred two and one half 
acres, more or less, the same being the entire estate of Mary A. Browning, 
formerly Mary A. Speer, late of Pike county, deceased, in said land. Sold 
for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of the said deceased.
