The Home Journal, Barnesville, Ga May 25, 1895

Charles Trice, who killed his brother, Zach Trice, in Pike county about three 
years since, and was sentenced to the penetinitary for thirteen years, has 
been pardoned by Gov. Atkinson, and is now a free man.
