The Pike County Journal. Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia

Mr. Frank F. Crenshaw, captain of Co, A 28th Infantry U.S. Volunteers has sent 
The Journal a picture of his company which was mustered in at Camp Meade, Pa. 
Capt. Crenshaw wrote that he would leave on the transport “Tarter” last Monday 
for the Philippines and that he would let us hear from him as soon as he 
reached Manila.
