Cauthen Awarded Georgetown Medal at Georgia Military Academy J.C. Cauthen, one of Griffin's young men, has just finished his course at the Georgia Military Academy, College Park, and won the Georgetown Medal, which is given to the cadet of highest moral excellence. The cadet winning this medal is not permitted to dance, play cards, use tobacco in any form, drink intoxicants, or indulge in profanity. This is indeed a mark of great honor for any man to win.
