I have now taken my son, Dr. M.M. Head into the practice of medicine and 
surgery with me.

At anytime our services can be obtained, singly or jointly without any 
consultation fee. Only a regular visit will be charged by both [of] us when 
either is called to see another case.

I bespeak for him a share of your patronage and assure you that no pains or 
expense has been spared to complete his medical education, and at any time 
whatever experience I might have gained in twenty-six years practice of my 
chosen profession will be most cheerfully given.

I trust that any seeming self praise may not be construed when I say that we 
propose and are prepared to practice our profession according to the latest 
teachings of medical and surgical science. - J.M Head
