Griffin Georgia Mad Dog In Pike Last Thursday morning a strange dog was seen on the Abe Moore place in Pike county, acting in a peculiar way. No attention was paid to the animal, and on Friday morning the same dog passed Mountain Greene's place, and this time he was evidently mad. He came upon a very fine sow which had eight or ten pigs, but did not notice the hogs until the sow ran after him, when he turned and bit her very badly. The hog was at once killed. The dog was a spotted one and came from the direction of Flint River. (Transcribed 10/13/02 Lynn Cunningham) File size: 1.0 Kb
