GUARIDAN’S SALE

Georgia, Pike County
Under and by virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of said County will 
be sold before the courthouse door In the town of Zebulon, said county, on the 
first Tuesday in February next, to the highest bidder for cash, between the 
legal hours of sale the following described lands and property of the estate of 
Melvin Perkins, Elvin Perkins, Lillie Pearl Perkins, Herschel Perkins, Nelda 
Perkins, Mary Jane Perkins, and W.M. Perkins, minors of E.M. Perkins deceased, 
to wit: Two hundred acres of land, more or less, being part of lot numbers 
99,100,125, and 127 lying in one body in the 2nd district of Pike county, 
Georgia and bounded as follows: North by lands of S. E. Shackleford and the 
P.C. Shivers estate, East by the P.C. Shivers estate, Bud Roan, Mountain 
Kendrick and P.R. Coker; South by lands of H.I. Lindsey and W. E. Caldwell and 
West by the J.E. Wilson estate, W.E. Caldwell and J.L. Grisham.
  Said property to be sold for the purpose of paying off an encroachment on the 
corpus of said estate authorized by orders of the court.
  This January 2nd 1927.
