Georgia Weekly Telegraph November 30, 1875

From the Griffin News:

A difficulty occurred last week at Williamsville [sic], Pike county, between 
two farmers, John Rogers and James Smith, which resulted in the former’s 
cutting the latter's throat, causing his death in a few minutes. Rogers was 
captured, but made escape. Both were drunk.
