Manley deceased, having applied to me for a twelve months support for herself and five minor children out of the estate of said T.W. Manley, and the appraisers appointed by the court having filed their report, this is to cite all persons concerned to show cause if any on the first Monday of October next why the report of the appraisers be not made the judgment of the court.
