Beckham of this place, and one of Georgia’s noblest women, died at her home a few miles south-west of here last Wednesday and was interred at Hebron church on Thursday following. Mrs. Beckham was widely known and all regarded her as a model Christian. She has left the impress of a noble life on the hearts of the people of this section. Her very presence was a benediction.
