Mr. Brad Garland, a gentleman about 80 years of age had been taking paregoric. By mistake he took a dose of carbolic acid and died in about 30 minutes. He was a consistent member of the Baptist church. The funeral was conducted at Milner and the remains were interred at Barnesville on Sunday.
