Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia: December 9, 1892

Mrs. Elizabeth Covington an inmate of the county poor house died last
Sunday of acute inflammation of the stomach. She was seventy four years
of age and has been at the county farm for the past four years. Her
remains were intered [sp] at the Baptist cemetery the day after her
decease, Her husband is 92 years of age. he was a lad of twelve years
when his father was killed in the war of 1812 in New Orleans.
