Iverson Dead Col. W.I. Iverson died at his home here at three o'clock last night of consumption. He had been very feeble for some time and his death, while sadly deplored by our people, was hourly expected. He was a member of the M.E. Church, and on Saturday last told his pastor he was prepared to die. He leaves a wife and one child here who will have the sympathy of our people in their sad bereavement. He will be buried at this place tomorrow at 10 o'clock a.m., with the funeral services being conducted at the M.E. church.
