Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia, Mar. 27, 1896 Mrs. Sallie Woodall died near Jordan's store last Saturday and was buried on Sunday following at Mt. Olive cemetery. The funeral was preached at the church by Rev. J.W. Beck from the text, "I go to prepare a place for you." The sermon is said to have been a very fine effort. Mrs. Woodall died suddenly of heart failure. She was 72 years old and had been a constituent [sp] member of the Baptist church for fifty-four years.
