Adams, of Fincher community, sincerely sympathize with them in the death of their daughter, Miss Fannie Lizzie, which occurred at the St. Joseph Hospital in Atlanta on Monday night of last week. Funeral and interment was at Fincher church on Wednesday, Rev. George Davis of The Rock, and elder Wyatt Childs of Yatesville, officiating, with R.R. Carter in charge of funeral arrangements. Miss Adams had joined Fincher Church several years ago and was a young woman of high Christian character. She was in training at St. Joseph Hospital as a nurse and the following friends at the hospital acted as pall bearers and honorary escort at the funeral: Miss Mace, Supt. of nurses; Miss Owen, Supt. of night nurses; Misses Turner, Gillie Lowe, Mary Gallagher, Ruby Hanson, Mildred Miles, Clyde Cleveland, Clyde Ogletree, Doyle Savage, Thelma McCorkle, Elizabeth Hargett, Jewel Smith, Vannie Franklin and Sara Dicey. Miss Adams is survived by her parents and three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Dean and Mr. Reuben Adams; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel Baxter and Misses Vera and Mary Adams; two brothers, Joel and C.H.
