Mr. Martin Luther Brandenburg died Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C.F. Crawford, at Neal. Mr. Brandenburg was one of Pike county’s oldest citizens and was well known in all sections of the county. Funeral services for Mr. Brandenburg were held Tuesday morning from the Concord Christian church with the Rev, Fox officiating. Interment occurred in Old Hebron cemetery with R.F. Strickland Co., in charge. Mr. Brandenburg is survived by four daughters, Mrs. C.F. Crawford, Neal; Mrs. Y.M. Anderson, Williamson; Miss Sarh and Nell Brandenburg, Atlanta.
