Mr. C.B. Carden Dead
Mr. C.B. Carden died at his home in the Second District Monday at the age of 
89 years. He was married to Miss Millie [Willie] Parker in 1842 who died five 
years ago, and six children were born to them, namely, Mrs. S.A. Johnson, W.M. 
and G.P. Carden, Mrs. S.J. Shivers, Mrs. J.R. Cox, of Miss., and J.E. Carden. 
His funeral was preached at his home by Rev. J.B. Baird on Tuesday and he was 
buried with Masonic honors by Milner lodge.
