Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia, February 21, 1908 An Old Citizen Dies Mr. A.E. Eubanks, an old and highly respected citizen of this county, died at his home six miles east of Zebulon last Friday. The deceased was born in Alabama in 1821 and was in his eighty eighth year at death. He moved to Hancock county when quite young and afterwards moved to this county when quite a young man. He joined the Methodist church when young and lived an exemplary life. He was respected by all who knew him and esteemed as a good man and citizen. He is survived by his wife and one child, Mrs. Rogers and several grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Ebenezer church, of which he was a member, and conducted by his pastor Rev. T.S. Edwards, of Milner, in the presence of a large number of friends. The interment took place in the church burial grounds.
