S. Drewry Goes to Her Reward Mrs. F. S. Drewry died at her home in Williamson last Friday and was buried in Williamson Tuesday. Her former pastor, Rev. Frank L. Adams, of Atlanta, conducted the funeral services at the Christian church in the presence of a large concourse of friends and relatives. Mrs. Drewry was noted for gentle spirit and deeds of kindness. She was affectionately known as "Mother Drewry" to her many friends around Williamson. Although an invalid for several years, she was still able to minister to others in many deeds of kindness. The deceased is survived by her husband, Judge F. S. Drewry two sons, Tom and Will, one daughter, Mrs. Clark Dickinson, one sister, Mrs. W. D. Dingler, and one brother, Mr. J. W. Halsey, of Zebulon. The many floral offerings and words of kindness attest the high esteem in which Mrs. Drewry was held by those who knew her.
