The Rev. Mr. Maxey and the Rev. J.S. Thrallkill officiated. Interment was in the churchyard cemetery, with Haisten Brothers, funeral directors, in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were Horace Whatley, J.W. Story, Harvey Hale, Douglas Barrett, Walter Harrison, and D.B. Rawlins. Mrs. Mangham was born and reared in Pike County and lived there all her life. She was admitted to the Atlanta hospital four weeks ago, and died of pneumonia. She was the daughter of the late Mr. J.D. Williamson and Mrs. Cora Cook Williamson. [This is incorrect the last name should be "Williams."] Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. R.E. Ehrlicker, Mrs. Allie Walton, Mrs. James Means, Miss Faye Mangham, all of Atlanta; Mrs J.W. skinner, Griffin, and Mrs. Glynn Smith, Zebulon; three sons, J.R. Mangham, Jr., Walton and Eugene Mangham, Zebulon; and four grandchildren, Paul Smith, Glenda Smith, Evans Mangham, and Dorothy Walton.
