M. Smith Dead Mrs. J. M. Smith died at her home in Barnesville Monday afternoon after an illness of several weeks. The immediate cause of her death was brain trouble. Mrs. Smith was a sister of Mrs. R. Y. Beckham. She leaves a husband and several children, including a little baby about six weeks old. She was a splendid Christian woman and a member of the Methodist Church. The funeral and interment occurred here Tuesday, Rev. W. R. Branham of Barnesville officiating. Additional Comments: Lucie was the wife of James Monroe Smith. She was the daughter of Dr. Lorenzo H. and Susan B. Jordan of Bolingbroke.
