Dickinson Dies Of Paralysis Tuesday Prominent Citizen of Near Williamson Stricken Monday. Leaves Large Family. Funeral Wed. Mr. Clark A. Dickinson , aged 73 years, died at his home near Williamson Tuesday evening about six o'clock. Mr. Dickinson was stricken with paralysis Monday evening and continued to grow worse until the end Tuesday evening. Mr. Dickinson was one of the best known farmers of this county and had a host of loyal friends who will mourn his death. Besides his widow, he is survived by the following children; seven sons, A. P., H. R., R. H., F. C., C. D., A. E., and H. S. Dickinson; four daughters, Mrs. J. B. Maddox, of Griffin, Mrs. J. B. Wood, of Williamson, Mrs. E. F. Carter , of Atlanta, and Miss Emma Dickinson , who lived with her father at the home. One sister survives, Mrs. S. A. Stuart, of Griffin. The funeral will be held from the home this (Wednesday) afternoon at two o'clock, Rev. Nath Thompson officiating. The interment will be made in the Jackson burying ground near Williamson.
