She was the widow of the late Rev. D.A. Brindle who died in 1936. She had lived in Griffin all her life and was a member of the First Christian Church. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from Haisten Chapel with the Rev. Olin Fox officiating. Burial was in Hollonville Cemetery. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. L. L. Tucker, Jr., Decatur, Mrs. Roy L. Rawls, Williamson, Mrs. Allen B. Broxton, Atlanta; two sisters, Mrs. P. B. Patton and Mrs. Weyman Chaffin of Hollonville; a brother, Willard Coggin of Griffin and four grandchildren. Haisten Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
