Cook Funeral services were held this afternoon at 4 o'clock at Fincher's Methodist Church in Pike County for Mrs. E.E. Cook, 64, who died Thursday afternoon at her home at 731 West Taylor street. The final rites were conducted by the Rev. A. W. Williams and the Rev. Hugh T. Holland. Interment was in the churchyard. Haisten's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements Sons-in-law of the deceased served as pallbearers. Mrs. Cook was born and reared in Pike County and was a member of Fincher's Methodist Church. She had made her home in Griffin for 22 years. Survivors are 11 daughters, Mrs. A.C. Cochran of Meansville, Mrs. H.D. Piper, Mrs. H.D. Burnett, both of Barnesville, Mrs, H.L. Cauthen of Milner, Mrs. L.C. Bolton of Thomaston, Mrs. W.F. Ballard, Mrs. Richard Prather, Mrs. W.B. Cauthen, Mrs. J.W. Anderson, Mrs. J.M. Kittrell, Mrs. Jack Murphy, all of Griffin; five sons, Dunaway Cook, Edwin Cook, Roger Cook, Milton Cook, all of Griffin, and Marvin Cook of Thomaston; one sister Mrs. Frank Kelley of The Rock; two brothers, Raymond Coggins of Meansville and George Coggins of Thomaston.
