The Griffin Daily News and Sun Griffin, Georgia, Saturday Morning, June 1, 1889



Mrs. John E. Duke, of Liberty Hill, died on Thursday afternoon and was
buried yesterday afternoon in the family burying ground. Mrs. Duke was
seventy years old and was a Christian woman who had the warm regard of all
her neighbors.
