A Fatal Accident

An explosion of a boiler occurred near Meansville last Saturday which resulted 
in the immediate death of Mr. Reuben Harper, a young white man. The skull of a 
child was fractured and it is also expected to die.

The remains of Mr. Harper were interred in the family burying ground near 
Meansville Saturday p.m. by undertaker Powell. The funeral services were 
conducted by Rev. J.H. Cline.
