Capt. John Lyon Dead

On last Thursday, Capt. John Lyon, and old and respected citizen known to all 
our people, died at the home of Mr. Otis Perdue several miles from Barnesville, 
after a short sickness with pneumonia. He was about 50 years old at his death, 
and leaves a large number of relatives and warm friends to mourn after him, to 
all of whom we offer our warmest sympathy.
