The deceased was raised by a pious mother and in early life embraced proper conceptions of morality and the fear of God. The writer has known Ola all her life and can truthfully say that she was a dutiful child and had a great reverence for parents, Religion and God, and was seldom found in the company of the vain and sinful. Being afflicted for a long while she had ample time to make preparation to meet her Savior in peace. She is doubtless today in the Paradise of God where there is no more dropsical effusion or sleepless nights. So may it be is the sentiment of her friend. - J.A.W.
