He was a good neighbor and citizen and will be greatly missed. He was 71 years old but for the last hurt and others received in the latter part of his life, he might have lived to an extreme old age as he was a man of strong constitution. He leaves of a large family only four grandchildren, his wife and his six children having preceeded him. Additional Comments: Daniel was a son of Sherrod B. Shehee and Henrietta Collins. He was born 1 May 1830 and died 9 July 1904. He is buried at the Shehee Family Cemetery in Taylor County, Georgia.
