The Columbus Daily Enquirer, June 9, 1987

Thomas N. Weaver, 68, of 1638 Berkley Ave., Columbus, died Sunday at St. 
Francis Hospital.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today in Park Hill Cemetery, according 
to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus.

Mr. Weaver was born July 28, 1918 in Milner, Ga., son of Mr. and Mrs. John 
Thomas Weaver. He lived in Columbus 39 years and retired from the maintenance 
department of the Muscogee County School System. He was a member of Edgewood 
Baptist church.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita, a son and a daughter both of Columbus; 
four sisters, Louise Weaver, Marie Rowland, both of Griffin, Ga., Omie Allen 
of The Rock, Ga., and Grace Daniel of Macon, Ga.; a half brother, Alton Ross 
of Griffin; two grandchildren.
