Libel For Divorce

Solomon Driver

Suit for Divorce

It being made to appear to the court that the defendant, Solomon Driver, is not a citizen of this state, it is ordered that service be perfected of said suit of divorce on defendant of publication of this order in the Pike County Journal, a newspaper published in Pike County once a month for four months before the next term of court, and it is further ordered that the defendant be and appear at the next term 1889 of this court, then and there to answer, stand by and abide the judgement of the court, April 1, 1889.
