Chaffin-Coggin

Monroe, Ga., Feb. 4 - Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Coggin, of Hollonville, Pike county, 
Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lillie Allene, to Mr. J. 
Weymon Chaffin, of this city, the marriage to occur at their home on the 
afternoon of April 3d.  It will be a quiet home wedding and Rev. D. A. Brindle, 
brother-in-law of the bride-to-be, will be the officiating minister.

Lillie was the daughter of John L. Coggin and Isabelle "Bell" Jackson.

Lillie's sister, Mattie Belle Coggin, married Rev. Daniel A. Brindle on May 22, 
1900 at Hollonville, Pike Co., Georgia.
