Pearsonally [sp] before me the undersigned officer authorised by law to 
administer oaths came W.A. Strickland of said County, who on oath says that he 
was N.P. of the Concord District of said County in the year 1900, he further 
states that he married H.E. Oxford and Miss Mae Eppinger also of said county on 
the 30th day of December, 1900.
