Personally appeared before me Isom R. Reeves and his wife Fannie Reeves (nee 
Fannie Evans) who on oath says that they were legally married by Rev. David 
Dewberry (now deceased) in the month of April 1891 under marriage license duly 
issued by the Ordinary of the County at said time.
