Pike County Times Zebulon, Ga. Friday, July 24, 1903

McKay - Patterson

Mrs. Walter Bates announces the engagement of her sister, Miss Willie Coyt 
Patterson, to Mr. William Hartsfield McKay, of Moultrie, the wedding to take 
place from the Methodist church on the afternoon of August 11th at 5:30 
o’clock. Rev. J.C. Tims, of the Moultrie Presbyterian, church will officiate. 
After the ceremony the bride and party will be entertained at the home of Mrs. 
Bates.

Mr. McKay and his bride will sail from Savannah for Baltimore and other points, 
coming back later to spend some time in the mountains of North Carolina. After 
September, they will be at home to their friends at Moultrie.
