Announcement

Cards are out announcing the marriage of Miss Minerva Barrett and Martin Pope 
on the evening of Jan 4th next at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
S.S. Barrett, of near town.

Miss Minerva is a beautiful and lovely young woman, possessing many rare 
virtues.

Mr. Pope is a prosperous young man, a Christian character and stands 
exceedingly well with all who know him.

Their numerous friends extend best wishes.
