Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia, July 27, 1900 Mr. W. Cliff Ford, formerly of this place, was married Monday at 11 o’clock to Miss Minnie Lee McMichael at the residence of the bride’s father, Mr. Monroe McMichael, in Forsyth. The wedding was attended by the relatives of the contracting parties and a few invited guests who are numbered among their intimate friends. Immediately after the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Ford came to Zebulon where they were royally entertained by the groom’s father. Mr. Ford was formerly of this city and is a young man of high character and estimable worth, who enjoys the esteem of all who know him. He has always taken a front rank in mercantile circles as well as in society and now holds a responsible position with Seay Bros., the leading merchants of LaGrange. His new bride is a lovely woman, possessing every culture and grace that adorns society, and is loved by all. The young couple will begin life under the happiest auspices and their many friends wish for them the realization of their most sanguine dreams of happiness.
