Harrison, one of our most popular and progressive merchants, will be married on the 15th inst., to Miss Mary Thurman of Barnesville. Miss Thurman is quite popular and thoroughly admired here where for the past year she has been one of the teachers in Jeff Davis Institute. She is a daughter of Dr. J.P. Thurman of Barnesville and is, by education and nature a fit mistress for a happy home. Mr. Harrison is a noble-hearted young man with bright prospects for the future and the Journal takes pleasure in congratulating him on the prize he has won.
