Marriage of Fred W. Stegar and Miss Bettie Reeves

The Pike County Journal
Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia: January 22, 1892

At the home of the brides brother at Williamson last
week, Mr. Fred W. Stegar and Miss Bettie Reeves were
united in marriage by Rev. S.R. England of this place. A
few of the friends and relatives of the contracting
parties were present. It was one of those happy old
fashioned marriages where the bride and groom goes home
with the congratulations of all when the ceremony is
over, and proceeds at once in making home a charming
place. Both are worthy young people, and deserve to do
well in the world. Our best wishes for a long and happy
life.
