Barker of said state and County being of a sound, and disposing insert (mind) & memory do hereby make and constitute the following to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills, That I have formerly made. Item 1st I hereby desire, Will and bequeath. the whole of my property both real and personal, to my beloved wife Amanda Barker, for the term of her natural life, provided that she survives me, and remains unmarried, and to my said wife, I give the right to sell any of my personal property, either at public or private sale, with the consent of my hereafter named Executors, so long as she remains a widow, should my said Wife marry again, then it is my will that the beneficiaries, hereinafter named in this my will, to take immediate possession , of all my property, both real and personal, and it is my will. that my said wife should have in lien of said property, Fifty Dollars paid to her as rents by G. D. Dominick on the first day of October annually until her death, and that Ida O. Garland pay my said wife One hundred and fifty dollars as rents annually - on the first day of October so long as my said wife insert (lives) and that Willie R. Morgan pay my said wife one hundred and fifty dollars as rents annually on the first day of October as long as my said wife lives. This bequest is made to my said wife in lien of her whole dower. Item 2nd I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ida O. Garland formerly Ida O. Barker, after the death of my wife and myself the following property. to Wit. Land lots and parts of lots. Nos. 283-287 & 256. Containing Two hundred and Eighty Acres more or less in the 9th Dist of Pike County Georgia and Known as the Knight place, also my undivided interest in the concrete ware-house lot and also my one half undivided interest in store house & lot now occupied by H. G. Jordan, same being just East of the G M & G RR. and in the first block in the town of Molena, Pike County Georgia. Also my entire lot east of Said ware house including my two brick stores, including the land joining said lot that I purchased from Thornton, also my lots Nos 11-12-13-18-& 29 of the Dr. J. B. Mathews survey of the Justice Land in the Town of Molena, containing six and one sixteenth Hundredth acres more or less. All of said town lots being parts of Lots no. 227 in the 9th Dist of said County. I will that my daughter Ida O. Garland have the above described property in Item second for and during her natural life then to vest in & become the property of the child or children or their issue of the said Ida O. Garland, but if the said Ida O. Garland should die having no children or child or issue of such child or children then said property to revert to my Estate. Item 3rd I give devise & bequeath to my daughter Willie R. Morgan formerly Willie R. Barker, after the death of myself and wife, the following property to wit. all of my lands in said county & state lying South of the public road leading from Molena to Barnesville the same being lands lots & Parts of Lots nos. 90-191-193-194-& 195 in the 9th Dist of said county and containing Four hundred & fifty acres more or less and known as the Barker, Wells, & Simmons Places and the mill lot including my mill and gin together with all the water privileges belonging to me, and that my daughter Willie R. Morgan to have the right to raise the water twenty five inches higher than it now stands if in the future she so desires, also lot no 37 of the J. B Mathews survey of the Justice land in the town of Molena, containing one and one half acres, more or less. same being part of land lot No 117 in the 9th Dist of said County. I will that my daughter Willie R. Morgan have the above described property in Item third for & during her natural life then to vest in and become the property of the child or children or their issue of said Willie R. Morgan but if the said Willie R. Morgan should die having no child or children or issue of such child or children then said property to revert to my estate. Item 4th I give devise and bequeath to my daughter, Lilla Belle Barker after the death of myself and wife the following property to wit: all of my land lying North of the public road leading from Molena to Barnesville. Said lands lying East of Elkins Creek & including thirty three Acres west of said Creek the same bing land lots and parts of lots Nos 163-189-190-191-194-195-& 196 in the 9th Dist of said County and Known as follows. Bounded on the East by the lands of E. L. Connally, north by land of J. A. Garland west by Elkins Creek & south by a certain branch running into said creek near a certain post-oak tree. said tree being south East corner of said land and also except eighty Acres of land more or less being parts of lands lots no 189 & 164 in the 9th Dist of said county & beginning at the corner of the shop branch where said branch, runs under the fences at the public road running west to certain post oak tree at the south west corner of E. L. Connally's land, thence south along the fence to the south corner of the Creek field, thence westerly along the fence towards Sim Jordan's to the Public road leading from Molena to Jordan's store. Then north along the public road to the beginning point and known as part of the Old Jordan Place and also except the water privilege which is set out in item third of this my will, I will that my daughter Lilla Belle Barker have the above described property in Item fourth for and during her natural life, then to vest in and become the property of child or children or their issue of the said Lilla Belle Barker, but if the said Lilla Belle Barker should die, having no child or children or issue of such child or children then said property to revert back to my estate. Item 5th I give devise and bequeath to my step-son General Dominick after the death of myself and wife the following property to wit: Eighty acres of land more or less being parts of land lots nos 189 & 164 in the 9th Dist of said county, and beginning at the center of the shop branch where said branch runs under the fence at the public road, then west to certain post oak tree at the south west corner of E. L. Connally's land thence south along the fence to the South East corner of the creek field, thence easterly along the fence towards Sim Jordan's to the Public road leading from Molena to Jordan's Store, thence north up said road to the beginning point, said land is known as part of the old Jordan insert (place), I will that my step son General D. Dominick have the above described property in Item fifth for and during his natural life then to vest in become the property of the child or children or their issue of the said General D. Dominick, but if the said General D. Dominick should insert (he) died having no child or children then insert (said) property to revert back to my Estate; provided nevertheless that if the said General D. Dominick should after my death either before or after the death of my wife, should she survive me interfere, or meddle with the disposition of my Estate, then the above bequest to wit Item (5th) fifth to be null and void and the property described and bequeathed in this item to be null & void and said property to be divided equally between my above mentioned daughters I. O. Garland, Willie R. Morgan and Lilla Belle Barker. Item 6th I will that all my children and grand children to have the right to fish in my mill pond, wherever and whenever they wish to do so. but no one else except by permission of my wife and all my children. Item 7th I will that all my property both real and personal not above specially disposed of in this my will, after a comfortable support to my wife and unmarried children be equally divided between my three daughters. Item 8th I hereby constitute and appoint my daughters Ida O. Garland, Willie R. Morgan and Lilla B. Barker Executors of this my last will and testament this the 18th day of March 1897. W. T. Eppinger named as Pike County} witnesses to the attached writing purporting to be the last will of W. T. Barker Deceased, and they being duly sworn, say that they wish Mrs. M. L. Riggins at the request of W. T. Barker and in his presence and in the presence of each other, did attest as witnesses the attached writing as his last will, and the same was signed and published by W. T. Barker in their presence as his last will, that the signature of Mrs. M. L. Riggins to the attached writing is her own writing and was executed by her in their presence and in the presence of the said W. T. Barker and that the Said Mrs. J. L. Riggins is now dead. That said Testator was at the time of said attestation and signing by him of sound and disposing mind and memory. That he executed the within paper voluntarily and freely Sworn to and subscribed before me this} M. K, Jordan the 5th day of January 1903 } E. M. Eppinger J. W.
