R. Cauthen of Said State and County being of sound and Pike County } disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me. Item 1st I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts. Item 2nd I give to Mrs. Sarah Osborn and her children all and every description of the residue (of the residue) of my estate both real and personal consisting of all my household effects to wit. all of my beds bedsteads, bed clothing, house furnishing goods and wearing apparel, and also my entire undivided interest in the estate of my grand father Sherod Sims (properly better known as Jasper Sims property). Item 3rd I do hereby appoint G. T. Osborn executor of this my will In Testimony whereof I have hereto sat my hand this The 9th day of July 1904 her Witness J. B. Head ___ & J.P. Miss E. R. Head at the request of Miss E. R. Cauthen and in her presence and in presence of each other, did attest as witness the within writing, as Miss E. R. Cauthen's Will. That the same was signed and published by Miss E. R. Cauthen in the presence as her last will, that she was at the time of said attestation and signing by her of sound and disposing mind and memory, that she executed the within paper voluntairly.
