Cauthen, Sr. of said County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all others that I have hereuntofore made. Item l. It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a Christian-like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. Item 2. It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Item 3. I will, bequeath, and devise all of my property, both real and personal, of whatever kind and wherever situated, to my five (5) children, to-wit: Alvin C. Cauthen, Emma Sue Cauthen Payne, Ella May Cauthen Foster, W. D. Cauthen, Jr., and Mary Ruth Cauthen English, to share and share alike in my estate. Item 4. I hereby constitute and appoint, J.W. Storey, Zebulon, Georgia, my executor of this will, and I release him from making any inventory of my property or appraisement, or from given any bond, and he is required only by this will to probate the will, and divide my property equally between my children, and he is further relieved from making any returns of his act and doings to any court whatsoever.
