Chapman of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills made by me. Item 1st I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Jennie Bush, one third interest of the Fifty acres off of the North West portion of Lot No. 187, she taking the northern part of said tract the dividing line running East & West Item 2nd To my daughter Lizzie Jones I give bequeath and devise one third of the above named tract the same being the middle portion of said Tract, and to my daughter Anna Riley I give bequeath and devise the remaining portion or one third of the above named Tract Item 3rd To my son Joe Henry, I give bequeath and devise Twenty acres off of lot no. 187, bounded on the by the first named Fifty acres, on the East by Mrs. Martha Manworthy or C. H. Hartley now, on the south by portion of the same lot no. 187. On the West by W. J. Franklin also seven acres more or less, bounded on the North by lands of Mrs. Mansworthy or Hartley , on the East by lands of Early Owen, south by Mrs. S. A. Chapman also two acres more or less, bounded on the South by road leading to the syrup mill, and following said road to certain land mark on said road from there to l ine of land owned by Early Owen also that parcel of land lying on the East side of the public road leading from Meansville to Weaver off of lot no. 166 being the place where he now lives or resides. Item 4th I give bequeath and devise to my son Fletcher Chapman Twenty five acres of land off of lot no. 187, being South of the lands willed to Joe Henry Chapman also House and two acres of land on the East side of public road leading from Meansville to Weaver and bounded on the North by road leading from Meansville & Weaver Easterly to residence of J. B. Jackson being part of lot no. 167 Item 5th I give bequeath and devise to my daughters Leola and Viola Chapman and to my son Francis A. Chapman seven acres off lot of land 167 bounded North by lands of Mrs. S. A. Chapman, East by Meansville and Weaver public road also all the remainder of lots of land numbers 166 and 167 not before divided. Item 6th I give bequeath and devise to my son John J. Chapman the remainder of lot of land number 168 with the provision that my said son John J. Chapman shall give my two daughters Leola and Viola a home in the house where I now live as long as they shall remain single without cost for rent or board Item 7th I give bequeath and devise to my son William A. Chapman the sum of five dollars $5.00 Item 8th I will, give bequeath and devise that all of my afore mentioned children shall have the use of a private way perpetually to and from their several parcels of land over such route as shall seem best, and so that no damage [ _ ] no as far as practical also I will that all my children shall have the use of my farming and blacksmith tools and the use of the shop, the same to be kept as they now are 9th I Hereby constitute and appoint my son John J. Chapman Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 25th day of March 1907 Mrs. Salatha A. Chapman as her last Will and Testament in presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as Witnesses at the instance and request of said Testator and in her presence and in the presence of each other this 25 day of March 1907 W.
