Scoggin one share, E. L. Connally to be paid out of this share 2nd To Elizabeth Carreker one share, 3rd To John B. Beckham, one share, 4th To Cordelia Griffin one share 5th To The Heirs of Julia Carreker to wit - Ophelia Pilkaiton [?], Lula Eppinger, Selma Reeves, Susan Hasbey [?] , Homer Carreker and Ethel Carreker one share to be divided equally between them. Item 3rd I hereby appoint and constitute J. E. Eppinger and Homer Carreker to be executors of this my last Will and Testament, In writing where of I have affixed my hand and seal this the 29th day of March 1904 in presence Mrs. Loucinda Findly R. S. [?] Eppinger E. M. Eppinger Mariah Cranford her mark Georgia Pike County Before me came E. M. Eppinger named as a witness to the within writing, purporting to be Mariah Cranford’s last Will, and being duly sworn saith he with Loucinda Findly and R. S. Eppinger at the request of Mrs. Mariah Cranford, and in her presence and in the presence of each other, did attest as witnesses the within writing as Mrs. Mariah Cranfords will; that the same was signed and published by Mrs. Mariah Cranford in their presence as her last will; that she was at the time of said attestation and signing by her of sound and disposing mind and memory that she executed the within paper voluntarily E. M. Eppinger Sworn to and subscribed before me May 29th 1904 J. W. Means Ordy. We do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last Will of the within named Mariah Cranford deceased so far as we know or believe and that we will well and execute the same in accordance with the laws of the State so help us God J.
