Dunbar I Elizabeth R. Dunbar of said State & County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament Item 1st I desire that my lands remain intact for two years after my death, and that each one of my Children receive an equal share of the rents. Item 2nd I wish my Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay all of my just debts if any. Item 3rd I give to my beloved Grand son J. W. Dunbar one hundred dollars in money. Item 4th It is my will that the lands known as the home place be divided, so that each one of my children may have an equal share, One share to my son John W. Dunbar, One share to my daughter Lela Shannon and to her bodily heirs after her, One share to my son Albert S. Dunbar, and one Share to my daughter Alma Dunbar and to her bodily heirs (if any) and if she should die without an heir, then her interest to be sold and equally divided among my other children, I also will to my daughter Alma all my household and kitchen furniture. Item 5th My lands known as the Aderson [?] place, I wish to be sold except five eights 5/8 of one acre reserved for burial purposes and the proceeds equally divided between my legal heirs Item 6th I desire that the lands on which my daughter Lela Shannon now resides (in Fayette County) be sold and the proceeds go to her and her children after her. Item 7th All property willed to my daughter Lela Shannon & Alma Dunbar is to them and their bodily after them provided Alma should ever have children after her Item 8th I do hereby appoint all my children, to wit: John W. Dunbar, Lela Shannon, Albert S. Dunbar and Alma Dunbar Executors of this my will, with power to sell without an order from the Court and by consent of all. Dunbar who being duly sworn deposes and says that he with Josephus Coggins and Y. M. Anderson did on the 21st day of June 1910 attest as witnesses the within writing in the presence of Mrs. Elizabeth R. Dunbar who in their presence voluntarily signed and published the same as her last Will, and that the said Mrs. Elizabeth R. Dunbar was at the time of said attestation and signing of sound and disposing mind and memory J. N. Connell Sworn to and subscribed before me July 25th 1910 J. W.
