I give to the heirs of McComack [?] Neal who was my Son the sum of one dollar in addition to what I have heretofore given him. Also I give the children of my Son David Neal (deceased) and his wife fifty cents each in addition to what I have heretofore given them. I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Patsey[sp] Barnes[?] children fifty cents each. And also to my Grandson John [--?--] Barnes one of the heirs of my Daughter Patsey Barnes. I give and bequeath one [--?--] note on my son John Neal for eight hundred and sixteen dollars & forty eight cents - said note dated fifteenth March eighteen thirty six (1836) with interest from date in addition to what I have heretofore given them. Conforming hereby all other gifts that I have previously given to them - I also give and bequeath to my sister Patsey [--?-- ] the interest accruing from the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid yearly as long ass she lives and after her death I will and bequeath that said five hundred dollars be collected and equally divided between my Sons James Neal & Thomas Neal & my Daughter Polly Maddox. I also will and bequeath all the balance of my Estate both real & personal - which I have not before given and divided away be equally divided between James Neal & Thomas Neal my sons and Daughter Polly Maddox. And I do hereby nominate and appoint my Grand Son David A. Barnes and my Son John Neal my executors to this my last Will and Testament Given under my hand and my seal in witness of my last Will & Testament this twelfth 12th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six in presence of witnesses A.
