Georgia Pike County, I Pallie Coggins, being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last will & testament, hereby revoking all former wills, by me at any time made. Item 1 I desire that all my just debts be paid including funeral expenses. Item 2 I wish to give my granddaughter, Ruth, the daughter of my son, W E Coggins, the sum of $25.00 Item 3 The household furniture I may leave, I wish to be divided among all my children. The division to be made by themselves. Item 4 The other property, I may leave, I wish to be divided equally, share and share alike, among my daughters, Clyde, Mary, Ada, Nettie, and my sons Emmett, Wilbur. My son, Edward has had advanced to him, probably more than each of the others will get in this distribution. Item 5 I hereby appoint M.F. Anderson, executor of this my last will and testament without bond Pallie Coggins Signed by the said testator Pallie Coggins as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses. {J C Beauchamp witnesses {W L Beauchamp {Huntern Allen Date March 8th 1924. State of Georgia County of Pike Before me came W L Beauchamp named as a witness to the within writing, purporting to be Mrs. Pallie Coggins last will and being duly sworn, saith that he with J C Beauchamp and Hunton Allen at the request of Pallie Coggins and in their presence and in the presence of each other, did attest as witnesses the within writing as Mrs. Pallie Coggins will; that the same was signed and published by Mrs. Pallie Coggins in their presence as her last will; that she was at the time of said attestation and signing by them of sound and disposing mind and memory; that I executed the with paper voluntarily, W L Beauchamp Sworn to and subscribed before me this 6th day of October 1930 J L Milner, Ordinary Pike County, Ga Georgia Pike County I M.
