Coggin, of said County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made. Item 1. It is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Item 2. It is my will and desire that all cash in banks Federal Savings & Loan Association, cotton on hand for sale, and other things that should be converted into cash, be at once divided between my wife, Mrs. Opal Harrison Coggin and my two sons, William Josephus Coggin and Winton Battle Coggin. Item 3. While I would not like for the real estate owned by me at my death be sold, it is my will and desire, that my executors, which will be named hereafter, being the said heirs of my estate can do whatever they think will be the best interest for all concerned. Item 4. I hope I can live to work my plans to give my sister Mammie Coggin McGahee a house at Williamson, Georgia, but if I should not, I want my executors to see that she has one of the houses at Williamson for a home as long as she lives or as long as she should want to make it her home. Item 5. If my wife, Mrs. Opal Harrison Coggin should marry again after my death, then authorize that all the residue of my estate be divided equally between my wife Mrs. Opal Harrison Coggin, William J Coggin, and Winton B Coggin, share and share alike. Item 6. I here by make may wife Mrs. Opal Harrison Coggin, my two sons, William J Coggin and Winton B Coggin, executors of this my will and I relieve them from giving any bond, and they are required only by this will to probate same and they are further relieved from making any returns of their acts and doings to any court whatsoever. This February 22, 1947 W. J. Coggin Declared, published, signed and sealed by William J. Coggin as his last will and testament, in the presence of the undersigned as witnessed, he first signing in our presence, and we then at his special instance and request, signing in his presence and in the presence of each other.
